PROCESSING TIMES

All of our pieces are custom-made and produced once the order has been submitted. We take pride in our attention to detail and the care we put into every item we produce. Typically, it takes us 4 to 5 business days to process your order and get it ready to ship, as we need to carefully create, customize, and quality check each item before it is packaged and sent out, ensuring that you receive a product that meets our high standards.

DOMESTIC ORDERS

For orders shipped within the United States, we use USPS Priority Mail service. We provide standard shipping, which takes approximately 2 to 3 business days from the time the package is dropped off at the USPS facility. Expedited overnight shipping is also available with USPS Priority Mail Express  for an additional fee, subject to availability. Domestic orders totaling $200 or more are eligible for free standard shipping. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout and are subject to change based on the carrier's rates.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For international orders, we use USPS Priority Mail International service. Shipping times and rates may vary depending on the destination country. Typically, international deliveries take approximately 6 to10 business days, considering factors such as origin, destination, and customs processing. Please note that any customs fees or duties incurred upon delivery are the responsibility of the customer. While we ship to about 180 countries, there may be exceptions. Within a week or less, your Kiaos piece will be delivered straight to your hands. We understand that waiting for your order to arrive can be a bit frustrating, especially if you're eager to receive your new purchase.
