Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Kiaos Jewelry, we take the satisfaction of our customers very seriously. Our primary objective is to ensure that you not only enjoy your purchase but also develop a genuine love for our pieces. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need a return or an exchange. In such cases, we are more than happy to assist you. We kindly request that you carefully read through our Returns and Exchanges Policy for further guidance.

Our return policy grants you a generous 15-day window to request a return for a refund, store credit, or exchange, starting from the day you receive your item.

To qualify for a return, we kindly ask that you ensure your item remains in the same condition as when you received it - unworn or unused, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Additionally, please retain the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with comprehensive instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items sent back without a prior return request. If you reside outside the United States, we kindly ask for your understanding that shipping your goods may require additional time.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you promptly inspect the items. If you happen to notice any defects or damages, please contact us immediately at customerservice@kiaosjewelry.com.This allows us to promptly evaluate the issue and rectify it accordingly.

In the unlikely event that you receive a product, color, or style different from what you ordered, we kindly request that you take pictures of the item and include your order number. Please promptly send this information to customerservice@kiaosjewelry.com, detailing the issue as soon as possible after receiving the item. Once we have reviewed and approved your request, we will provide you with detailed instructions to either exchange the incorrect item for the right one or proceed with a refund if you prefer.

Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange under the following circumstances:

  • Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Worn items or items damaged due to normal wear and tear.
  • Items not in their original packaging, including outer sleeves and tags.
  • Custom pieces, such as special orders or personalized items.
  • All Sale Items are non-refundable.
  • Final-sale items (excluding discount codes or site-wide sales).

EXCHANGES

If you've had a change of heart and would like to exchange your order, we are more than happy to accommodate your request. You have up to 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate an exchange. The item you wish to exchange must meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above. Simply send us an email at customerservice@kiaosjewelry.com, including your order number, along with details of what you would like to exchange and the reason behind it. Once we have reviewed and approved your request, we will provide you with clear instructions on how to proceed.

To ensure a smooth exchange process and promptly receive the item you desire, we recommend returning the original item first. Once we have accepted the return, you can then make a separate purchase for the new item. This will help expedite the exchange and ensure that you receive exactly what you're looking for.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If you have changed your payment method since placing the order, please contact your financial institution for further assistance.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you have not received your refund, please don't hesitate to contact us at customerservice@kiaosjewelry.com. We will be happy to look into the matter and provide you with the necessary support.
