ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUNDS

Refunds are applicable to eligible items purchased directly from Kiaos Jewelry. To be eligible for a refund, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in its original condition, unworn or unused.
  • It should include all tags, labels, and packaging materials.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • The refund request must be made within 15 days of receiving the item.

REFUND PROCESS
  1. To initiate a refund, please contact us at customerservice@kiaosjewelry.com within the specified 15-day period. Provide your order details and the reason for the refund request.
  2. Once we have received and reviewed your request, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  3. If your refund is approved, we will proceed with processing the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  4. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your financial institution.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Earrings due to safety and hygiene reasons.
  • Worn items or items damaged due to normal wear and tear.
  • Custom pieces, including special orders or personalized items.
  • Sale items (including items purchased with discount codes or during site-wide sales).

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@kiaosjewelry.com. Provide detailed information about the issue, along with photos and your order number.

We will assess the situation promptly and, if necessary, provide instructions for returning the item. Upon receiving the returned item, we will either exchange it for a new one or issue a refund, depending on your preference.
