How to Use Gift Cards
To use a gift card, simply proceed to checkout and enter the unique code found on your gift card in the designated field. The gift card option will only appear if there are active gift cards in our store. Gift card codes are not case sensitive.
Your gift card balance can be applied to multiple orders, including taxes and shipping. Manage and track your gift card status conveniently in your Shopify admin.
At checkout, you'll encounter the following scenarios:
- Sufficient Balance: If your gift card balance covers the total order amount, click "Complete order."
- Insufficient Balance: If your gift card balance falls short of the order total, you'll be prompted to choose a secondary payment method for the remaining balance before placing your order.
